Within an hour of the roast, our production team packs the beans into labeled foil bags with a one way valve. They heat seal the bags immediately, allowing the natural process by which the beans throw off Carbon Dioxide to displace the oxygen in the bag through the one way valve. Using these bags with this process helps preserve the freshness of the coffee.
