We built our roastery in an 1850s era building along the historic banks of the mighty Chicago River. We’re proud to be a part of the big shouldered heritage of manufacturing in the Great City of Chicago.

Our roasters are vintage beasts from the 30s and 40s, oozing steampunk iron beauty (with a few choice modern modifications for quality, consistency, and ecological sustainability).
