Starting from samples of beans Hiroshi roasted for his Tokyo cafe, and working in secret (Code Name: “Project X”), Metropolis fashioned a blend that seamlessly recreated not just the flavor of his classic Japanese style, but also its intent. Coffee may be a simple and everyday experience, but when it’s perfect, it makes part of your day perfect, too. That’s world-class coffee culture.
