There’s nothing we love more than being able to share our roasterie, café, and the city we love with visiting producers. This year, we’re incredibly fortunate to host the folks behind some of our most beloved blends.
On Monday, April 8th, we’ll be welcoming Roberto and Marcelo Flanzer from Ecoagrícola in Brazil. Ecoagrícola is responsible for our Serra do Cabral Single Origin release, which is also a crucial component of Redline Espresso.
On Tuesday, April 9thwe’ll be visited by Wicho Valdés, the man behind this year’s Single Origin release Santa Isabel, and San Lorenzo from our La Cordillera and Spice Island blends.
Schedule for both 4/8 and 4/9 is as follows:
4:30-6pm: Meet-and-greet at Metropolis Café 1039 W. Granville – The producers will be onsite sampling their coffees and answering questions.
6:30pm-8pm: Producer Social Hour at Metropolitan Brewing at 3057 N Rockwell – Join us for a beer and casual conversation at our favorite neighbors’ taproom. Your bar tab is on you but we’ll have some swag and some free coffee brewed up.
