I found out about this amazing coffee from Restoration Hardware. It is truly a decadent, chocolaty, dark and robust coffee without tasting burnt or overroasted. Just how I like it!
I have been a Peets user for many years; however, Project X may now be my favorite. The latter can be prepared strong; however, not have the "bitterness" that may prevail in others. It is smooth like a good bottle of wine without the bite of tannins.
Needed and wanted to support a local roaster and wow project x is beyond amazing. Exceeds expectations on taste quality consistency and richness. Love it
I had this coffee at the Restoration Hardware rooftop restaurant in Palo Alto, CA. It was so good, I asked our server to tell me what coffee it actually was. She brought out the package of Metropolis Project-X. When I got home, I ordered four bags of the beans. It doesn’t taste as good in my house and it could be because of my paper filter, but I’m willing to shop around for different ones because I know this coffee is probably one of the best I’ve ever had.
