What can I change within my subscription?
You’ve got the power when it comes to changing your subscription. You can change the frequency of your shipments, add or swap flavors and products, skip your next delivery, and more. You can manage these by logging into your account. Visit our Subscription page here for more information.
How do I change, pause, or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime! Simply login to your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Please note that cancelling or skipping an order will not cancel an order whose payment has already been processed. Please reach out to weborders@metropoliscoffee.com.
Can I use a promotional code on my subscription?
Yes! These codes are separate, and can be added by logging in and selecting Manage Subscriptions.
