Starting from samples of beans Hiroshi roasted for his Tokyo cafe, and working in secret (Code Name: “Project X”), Metropolis fashioned a blend that seamlessly recreated not just the flavor of his classic Japanese style, but also its intent. Coffee may be a simple and everyday experience, but when it’s perfect, it makes part of your day perfect, too. That’s world-class coffee culture.

It’s ok
This bean is the best. Especially people who do enjoy nutty and chocolate flavor coffee rather light and fruity. The aroma is truly captivating, with hints of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. The taste is smooth and balanced, with a lingering finish that leaves me wanting more. Compared to other coffee type of beans or other coffee brand beans I've tried in Chicago, this one consistently delivers a superior product. The flavor is rich and complex, and the quality is always top-notch
