Finca San Isabel is owned and operated by Luis Valdés and his family, who have been cultivating coffee on this 300-hectare farm near San Cristóbal Verapaz in Cobán, Guatemala, since 1965. The coffee is grown at 1,400 to 1,600 meters above sea level, where cool, rainy conditions create the perfect environment for exceptional quality. This fully washed coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties and undergoes a meticulous process at the family farm, ensuring clarity and balance in every cup. Flavor-wise, it delivers a harmonious profile with notes of apricot, lemon, and cinnamon—bright and lively yet grounded with warmth and depth. The Valdés family's commitment to their craft is evident in every step of the process, preserving generations of expertise and passion. It’s a coffee that connects history, care, and quality, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have it on our menu.
