So I'm a complete novice espresso drinker/maker, but these beans are very nice, very fresh, fair priced, and is very enjoyable with milk, I did try without steamed milk and to me it tastes strong, bitter, fruity almost, maybe bright would be a better adjective. I did not love it alone honestly, but, with steamed oat milk, or over Vanilla ice cream, it's so good, the fat of the cream and the bitterness of the espresso,.. it's amazing! Very nice work here!
I love this with oat milk, the nuttiness plays really well with the bright notes. I've also paired it with white cheddar and it's strangely satisfying.
Vietnam Dung K'no tastes like someone took your mug and scooped a coffee cloud. It is light and almost tea-like on the tongue. If you usually take your coffee with cream, try this one without. It is outstanding!

From the first sip, I was captivated by the rich notes. The addition of sweetened black tea flavor adds an unexpected bite. These flavors are perfectly balanced, creating a smooth medium roast experience. Dung K'no by Metropolis is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a quality roast from Vietnam.
